I build the revenue systems behind real growth.

Google Ads and paid media, local SEO, web design, attribution, and marketing automation, brought together by one senior operator instead of an agency depth chart. You get executive judgment on the strategy and a hands-on builder for the systems underneath it: measurement, automation, reporting, and the workflows that make growth repeatable.

Who I work with

For teams who want growth they can actually see, not bigger dashboards.

I've spent the last 8 years building SaaS platforms in the automotive industry, but the playbook travels. Any growth-stage business that's outgrowing its marketing operations and tired of the agency carousel. If the activity keeps increasing but the answer to "is it actually working?" keeps getting fuzzier, this is for you.

You'll get value if this sounds familiar

  • You've outgrown ad-hoc marketing and want one senior person accountable for how it all fits together.
  • Your dashboards, CRM, and reporting no longer tell the same story, and nobody can explain why.
  • You'd rather pay one senior operator than rent six junior people you've never met.
  • You're growing fast enough that manual reporting and onboarding are starting to crack.

I'm not the right person for

  • Someone to "just run the ads" in isolation, the value is in the system, not the button-pushing.
  • Brand identity, video production, or website redesign as the deliverable.
  • "Spend equals success", if nobody's allowed to question the dashboard, we won't get along.
  • Looking for the cheapest option rather than a senior partner, I'd be the wrong fit, and I'll say so.
What I do

Seven lanes. One operator. No handoff.

Most growth problems aren't ad problems. They're tracking, lead-quality, and process problems, and they're usually the same problem. So I work all three at once.

01

Paid media, accountable by design

Strategy, measurement, and oversight across Google, Meta, and programmatic, whether I run it directly or steer the team that does.

  • Channel & measurement strategy
  • Campaign oversight or hands-on build
  • Creative direction & messaging
  • Regular performance reviews with your team
Spend decisions made on evidence: a clear view of what's working and why, not just a dashboard.
02

Numbers your team actually trusts

Audit and strengthen the measurement layer so the dashboard, the CRM, and revenue finally tell the same story.

  • GA4, server-side tracking & pixel hygiene
  • Channel definitions & data-integrity fixes
  • Unified weekly & monthly executive reporting
  • Lead-source de-duplication across systems
A shared, trustworthy view of performance, with faster, calmer decisions across leadership.
03

Cut the manual work, keep the quality

Custom AI pipelines that clean messy data, normalize CRM fields, and trigger the right next action automatically.

  • Inventory, listing & product-data normalization
  • Lead routing, scoring & follow-up automation
  • Reporting pipelines that replace spreadsheets
  • Lightweight LLM tools for your team's daily work
Less manual overhead, fewer errors, and more time for the work that actually moves things.
04

Launch new programs without heroics

Repeatable intake, checklists, and QA gates so a new program or client launch doesn't depend on the founder being in the room.

  • SOPs for onboarding & campaign launch
  • Asset intake & brand-compliance gating
  • Internal playbooks & team training
  • Performance QA & review cadence
Launches that are smooth and repeatable, not dependent on any one person being in the room.
05

Embedded growth lead without adding headcount

Sit in as Head of Growth, CMO-adjacent, or CTO-adjacent. Set strategy, then build (or hire for) the engine that executes it.

  • Quarterly strategy & OKR planning
  • Vendor & agency oversight (or replacement)
  • Team hiring, structuring & coaching
  • Executive reporting & board prep
Senior growth leadership when you need it: strategy, structure, and judgment, at a fraction of a full-time hire.
How we'll work

A clear path from intro call to real momentum.

No 60-page proposals. No 12-week discovery. We get to clarity in the first conversation, focus on what moves the needle, and decide whether to keep going.

Common questions

Answers before the call.

If your question isn't here, just email me directly. I answer everything personally.

Do you replace my agency?
Sometimes. Sometimes I sit on top of one or two specialist agencies and make sure they're actually delivering. The goal is the result, not org-chart purity.
What industries do you work in?
I've spent the last 8 years building SaaS platforms in the automotive industry, but my independent practice has served multi-vertical clients for two decades. If you're investing seriously in growth, the playbook adapts.
Where are you based and who do you work with?
Based in Loveland, Colorado, working remotely with growth-stage companies across the United States. When being on the ground helps, I also work on-site across Northern Colorado and the Front Range, Fort Collins, Greeley, Windsor, Longmont, Boulder, Denver, and the surrounding metro.
Will I see exactly what you're doing?
Yes. Full account access, a written weekly note, and a live dashboard. No black boxes, no "trust the process."
How do contracts work?
Month-to-month after the initial diagnostic. 30 days notice either direction. If I'm not delivering, you should be able to leave without lawyers.
What does this cost?
It depends on scope; I'll quote a clear number on the intro call. The Diagnostic is a fixed fee; ongoing engagements scale with the work.
How hands-on are you?
As hands-on or as advisory as the engagement needs. I can run the work directly or steer your team and vendors. The point is judgment and systems, not occupying a fixed seat.
Next step

Let's make the numbers worth trusting.

A 30-minute intro call is the lowest-cost way to find out if I'm the right operator for your business. No prep needed. Bring your questions, I'll bring honest answers.
