I'm Andrew Nave, a growth and MarTech operator with 22 years in the chair. I build the revenue systems behind real growth: performance marketing on top of the attribution, automation, and operational infrastructure required to scale profitably. Most consultants drift toward the slide deck. I'm still in the ad accounts, still in the data, still shipping.

What I actually do

I operate at two altitudes at once. At the executive altitude, I own the growth number, strategy, budget, the questions a board actually asks. At the operator altitude, I'm hands-on in the systems underneath it: paid media accounts, GA4 and server-side tracking, CRM data, reporting pipelines, and the AI workflows that take manual work off the table.

That combination is rare, and it's the whole point. Strategy that never touches the implementation drifts. Implementation with no strategic owner becomes busywork. When the same person holds both, there's no handoff, no telephone game, and no gap between what was promised and what gets built.

I'm best for growth-stage companies that have outgrown ad-hoc marketing and want one accountable senior person, not a six-person agency pod they've never met, and not a junior hire who needs managing.

The through-line: systems, not tactics

Twenty-two years across multi-vertical clients and, for the last eight, building SaaS platforms inside the automotive industry as a Co-Founder and CTO, taught me one thing repeatedly: most growth problems aren't advertising problems. They're tracking problems, lead-quality problems, and process problems, and they're usually the same problem wearing different clothes.

So I diagnose the constraint that keeps spend from turning into profit, then fix it durably. Durably means the fix is encoded into a workflow, a definition, a piece of automation, something that keeps paying out after I'm gone, not a heroic effort that decays the moment attention moves on.

Prepare the system before you need it. Trust it. That rule travels well between a P&L review and the floor of the Grand Canyon, and it's the same instinct I bring to client work.
